Amen started her college journey at NOVA Community College and concluded it with graduating from George Mason University, where she pursued a major and minor that fueled her passion. At George Mason, she shines as an outstanding student, known for her active and engaged participation in Anthropology courses. Amen presented her original research at the Committee on Diversity's Undergraduate Research Symposium during the 2024 annual meetings of the American Association of Biological Anthropologists in Los Angeles, CA.
