Fox Cried, Jan. 30 - Feb. 1

A contemporary vision of mythic passion.

Friday, January 30, 2015 8:00 PM EST
Off-Campus Location, Back Alley Theater, Washington DC

Fox Cried debuted at the 2013 Source Festival, and returns now in a full-length format. Groundbreaking new research has allowed for an even deeper, richer, and more historically accurate performance of this fascinating myth. This event combines folkloric spectacle with contemporary vision, striking at the very foundations of what we believe to be real.

Tickets are $10 and available in advance or at the door.

The myth:

"Fox went down to Crow's place, stayed a long, long time
Hare took Crow's eggs, and ate them
Fox caught Hare, and cut open his belly
Out came the _____
Crow feared, and flew away
Fox cried."
