The Grimms and Beyond: Storytelling with Susan Gordon


Join us for an evening of storytelling and refreshments with famed storyteller Susan Gordon! The performance and workshop will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd at 4:30 p.m. in Enterprise Room 80. Refreshments will be provided.

Susan Gordon is a storyteller, poet and a prose writer of memoir and fiction. She is a skilled teller of traditional tales and the personal story. She has taught storytelling in colleges, universities and from the barn on her farm. As a writer, Susan has a keen ear for the voices of the characters who arrive on the page; her poetry is rich in imagery, color and sound. Whether Susan is telling, writing or teaching, her work always invites the listeners to run their fingers across the tapestry of their own lives. Susan has a master’s degree in therapeutic storytelling and lives with her dogs on a 41 acre farm in Ijamsville, Maryland
